Job Description

Global Head of HR Operations | £150,000 | London | Hybrid | Newly CreatedFrazer Jones are thrilled to be retained for a newly created Global Head of HR Operations role for a global Professional Services Consultancy firm, headquartered in the UK. Reporting direct to the Chief People Officer, this offers a unique and career-makingopportunity for a Head of Operations to step up into a global HR role and join an established firm going through high growth and strong business performance - where you can make a strong impact. The client is moving from a decentralised service to a more centralised one, to offer the business a more robust HR experience and better serve their expanding teams. Our client is looking for an experienced Global Head of HR Operations leader who comeswith strong experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate would have already been part of a similar transformation and so could utilise their skillset and showcase best practice experience and methodology.There is a strong focus on HR transformation globally, they are implementing a new HR System which will dramatically change the way the HR function operates and will free up time for the HR team to act more strategically and have clearer metrics and dataavailable. The ideal candidate would have experienced working with internal tech teams as part of their HR Operations remit.This role sits firmly as a member of the HR leadership team and is responsible for building out the Global HR Operations function, ensuring the right people, processes and technology are in place to support their strategic growth agenda. This work will formpart of a broader HR Transformation Programme.Alongside the transformation delivery, the role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency is maintained and the business continue to be fully supported through a period transition and change.Key focus on HR transformative HR Operations delivery:

  • Reviewing and assessing the current state of HR Operations globally and identifying the future state global operating model that is scalable and supports business growth
  • As a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team, the role will contribute to both the setting and the execution of the Global People Strategy while taking responsibility for the overall delivery of global HR operations through a regional service centrehub model
  • Support and drive the use of reporting and data firmwide in a scalable way including developing relevant dashboards, KPIs and manager capability
  • Continuously improve the employee and manager HR experience through the leverage of toolkits, training and technology
The ideal candidate:Would have recent and relevant HR operational and change leadership experience, and HRIS implementation including:
  • Experienced HR Transformation projects, with demonstrable expertise in HR operating model design and delivery as well as leveraging HRIS solutions
  • Deep and broad experience of HR operational delivery
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to improve performance using data to drive insight and action
  • Strong project and change management experienced gained in large global projects
  • Global experience is a must
  • Professional Services experience is a consideration, but the client is open to all sectors
