Job Description

Eximius are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a technology solutions provider in the contact centre sector who are growing their Genesys focused professional services team. They require an experienced engineer who has implemented Genesys environments, ideally cloud hosted contact centres.The company is rapidly growing with an established UK and European client base at enterprise level. They provide innovative solutions which meet and exceed business requirements for their customer engagement.The ideal consultant will have experience with channels outside of voice including SMS, social media and/or chat but this is not essential as long as you have strong SIP knowledge and cloud experience. You will be home based but working with customers around the UK so there will be regular travel involved. There may also be some European travel depending on the customer so you should be flexible for this.This is a client facing technical role so strong communication skills are important so that you can convey the benefits of a solution simply and effectively. If you have previously worked for a contact centre vendor or partner that would be ideal as would any Genesys certifications but these are not essential.Apply now for more information and telephone interview.
