Job Description

Want to work for an award-winning media agency driven by innovation and creativity working on an exciting new client winThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting new win for a large commercial client.About the Role:

  • Report directly into the AV Director and Business Director, the AV Manager will oversee delivery of AV activity for the client.
  • You will have accountability for defining and delivering AV strategies that will help deliver against our clients business and marketing objectives.
  • You will work closely with the planning team, being responsible for overseeing campaign set up, reporting, data analysis, daily campaign monitoring and organising the wider teams to deliver best in class work
About You:
  • You will need to demonstrate a passion for AV as you will be a key figure in developing AV strategies and delivering AV campaigns to clients.
  • You will be friendly and confident to be able to develop strong key relationships with suppliers, media owners and the comms planning department within the agency.
  • You will lead from the front demonstrating strong knowledge of the AV media landscape identifying opportunities for clients through media owner propositions and be able to build a proposal.
  • You will be approachable and knowledgeable and responsible for developing the skills and empowering junior team members.
  • You will be eager to learn new practices and support your Account and Business Directors in delivering contracts, audits and guarantees and will learn how to develop commercial opportunities.
Your Experience:
  • Have excellent understanding of AV planning and buying tools and be able to use them effectively to build a rationale (MediaOcean/DDS, Techedge etc)
  • Have a sound knowledge of the AV marketplace (TV, VOD, Cinema, CTV) and how it is traded and have strong knowledge of the media owner portfolios, products and offerings
  • Have good sales house relationships and be able to negotiate best value delivery, quality and servicing
  • Be able to ensure that plans are sound and deliverable, aid in value tracking and be able to calculate value and delivery requirements.
  • Understand deal considerations
  • Be able to Identify opportunities for clients through media owner propositions and be able to build a proposal
  • Exhibit good presentation skills to clients for PCAs and inductions
  • Good communication skills for the team and clients with both verbal and written communication
