Responsibilities: 1.Requirements Gathering and Analysis: oCollaborate closely with Sales & Product to gather and understand business requirements. (Multi dealer platforms, Multilateral trading facility, Interest rate derivatives, API) oAnalyse business requirements to capture underlying needs, challenges and opportunities for HINV Markets oTranslate business requirements into clear, concise and actionable functional/technical specifications and compile business justification.2.Documentation and Training: oDevelop and maintain comprehensive user HINV documentation/marketing materials for Markets products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and user-friendliness. oCreate training materials and conduct training sessions for HINV Markets on the use of Markets products oProvide ongoing support to HINV Markets through user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting assistance.3.Product Enhancement o Collaborate with technology teams to implement product enhancements and new features as necessary.4.Market Intelligence and Regulatory Compliance: oStay up-to-date on the latest trends, developments, and regulations in the Markets market. o Analyse regulatory requirements and ensure compliance for Markets products and services. oDetermine training and governance requirements to enable Sales-Traders to market and execute additional products oProvide insights and recommendations to the business on market trends and regulatory changes.Additional Responsibilities: Help manage the Markets product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives. Participate in project management activities for Markets product development and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Markets products with other systems. Present Markets product updates and findings to senior management. Contribute to the overall success of the Markets team. Experience: -Good financial services / banking experience -Experienced Business analyst / Product Owner -Strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives -Experience working within the FX space within a BA capacity -Good communication skills -Good attention to detail -Knowledgeable of Multi-Level Programmes
