The Manager Finance will support the Group Finance Controller and the Fund Manager, with responsibilities such as financial modelling and liaising with and reporting to banks and other lenders for smooth drawdown.The role will also be responsible for project accounts, budgetary variance and forecasts, quarterly VAT returns and cash flow management.Key Responsibilities:1. Responsible for end-to-end accounts of various Project SPVs and Holding companies.2. Prepare / Review Quarterly NAV3. Ensure regulatory compliance of funds under management4. Ensure timely and accurate filing of Quarterly VAT returns and annual tax returns5. Be the single point of contact for all lenders; ensure compilation and submission of monthly information packs to ensure smooth and timely drawdown6. Monitor budget variance i.e., project spent against budget / forecast7. Maintain spent till date and estimate future requirements / cost to build for various projects8. Forecast and report monthly cash requirements at project level and overall fund level9. Design and implement vendor engagement programKey Requirements:1. Typically, should have held roles similar as that of Asst Financial Controller with Real Estate Developers2. Should have experience of dealing with lenders, administrators etc3. Ability to lead independently end to end accounting for various development projects4. Should be able to monitor / forecast / flag critical cash requirements5. Experience of building forecasting models, co-ordinating monthly debt drawdown6. Well exposed to Regulatory & Tax filings7. Experience of upgrading finance processes and controls8. Service Charge accounting experience - desirableEducation:1. Preferable a CA or any accounting background.Soft Skills:1. Ability to build relationship both internally and externally2.
