Job Description

Executive AssistantInitial 3-month contract Canary Wharf - 5 days onsite Are you an expert in professional client handling and relationship buildingYour responsibilities will include:

  • Handle client interactions with finesse and professionalism.
  • Manage diaries efficiently, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Communicate with executives in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements seamlessly, even in the face of frequent changes.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership in your role.
  • Champion expense policy adherence and cost control initiatives.
  • Maintain a polished, composed demeanour under pressure.
  • Drive bankers schedules and optimise their time effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the banking or finance industry.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with relevant systems (e.g., Concur, eSource, CWT).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and schedules.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through to completion.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Willingness to occasionally provide coverage for colleagues within the team.
