We are currently seeking an Exams Officer to join a co-educational secondary school in Lambeth starting after the Easter Break and continuing until the end of the academic year.As an Exams Officer, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and administering all aspects of internal and external examinations, ensuring that all procedures are followed in accordance with the examination board regulations. This includesworking closely with teaching staff, exam boards, and students to ensure that all exam arrangements are made efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for the accurate recording and reporting of all examination results.Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of all examination entries and ensure that examination materials are securely stored and appropriately distributed to examination venues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that examinationrooms are set up and equipped appropriately, including overseeing the allocation of invigilators and managing the examination timetable.To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
