Job Description

Post title:Digital Transformation Project ManagerSalary:£40,232Contract length:12 months fixed term contractLocation:2 days per week onsite in LondonSPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. To manage and coordinate projects within the Colleges Digital Transformation programme
  2. Coordinate the engagement activities with internal and external programme stakeholders
  3. Assist with managing the governance of projects and reporting on progress, resources, finance or costings
  4. Oversee projects, managing risks and issue logs
  5. Manage the creation of project plans and associated project documentation in collaboration with other project stakeholders
  6. Produce a variety of reports for all projects assigned
  7. Liaise between the Programme team and stakeholders to ensure the project keeps to deadlines, alerting the team to any potential issues or overruns
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  1. Previous relevant experience in project management support, ideally including business change programmes or projects
  2. Ability to adapt and adopt project management methodologies and techniques to suit the needs of the project and organisation
  3. Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, and communications across the projects
  4. Project Management accreditation at practitioner level
  5. Experience of business transformation programmes or significant IT/Technology projects
  6. Experience using different methodologies including Agile and Waterfall is desirable
