One of our clients are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join there rapidly expanding team.This is a truly diverse and desirable role and theyre looking for someone who is highly motivated, strategic, data-driven and creative, who thrives within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Ensuring that all digital marketing activities comply with regulatory compliance requirements, you will record, track and monitor the effectiveness of any digital marketing activity you are involved in and report on progress, results and spend to key stakeholderson a regular basis as required.Key Responsibilities: End to end support of paid digital marketing campaigns across online channels (SEM, Social Media Ads, Display, Affiliate, Email Marketing) Writing copy for a variety of paid media including paid search and paid social media ad copies, and other marketing materials. Agency management, working with a variety of agency stakeholders across creative briefing, development, production and media planning / buying. Analysis and reporting of campaign results and acquisition performance. Monitoring campaigns, giving optimisation feedbacks based on KPIs i.e. ROAS, CPA, CR and using a wide range of reporting tools i.e.Google Analytics, Data Studio Data-driven, proactive development of new ideas for campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and effectiveness Collaborating with internal teams across the business Close cooperation with team leaders to define promotions/actions/special offers Management of digital marketing campaign requirements, including raising requisitions, processing invoices, vendor liaison, internal reconciliation etc.Experience & Competencies Required: Minimum 2-3 years working in a digital marketing team, either Client or Agency-side, on an e-commerce company. Good understanding of the marketing campaign process, from planning, to briefing, creative development, production and measurement. Data-driven and analytical skills. Good creative judgment. Possess excellent ad copywriting skills. Clear eye and focus on detail and trends. Resilient and able to react to a constantly changing and dynamic environment. Organised, with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with digital marketing agencies across multiple channels. Particular interest in social media and digital marketing. Ability to deliver results through initiative, creativity & ability to deliver. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
