CRM Data Manager - Pharmaceutical - £60,000 - £65,000A leading pharma business are looking for a Senior CRM Data Manager to join their growing digital transformation team. This is a newly created role in the business, and you will be there to drive change across their CRM structure, processes and systems.You will be the go to person for CRM in the business and will manage a CRM team.This role will focus on strategy, dealing with senior stakeholders in marketing and IT. Your team will be focused on implementing the changes and keeping the system up to date.It is crucial that you have used Veeva previously for this role.ResponsibilitiesLead the European team - shaping and influencing the CRM roadmap and development of the Veeva CRM system to address business requirementsIdentify data trends and build the data transformation strategy to ensure the business is driving change and keeping up to date with automation and technology within CRMLead on all change projects and major infrastructure changes related to the Customer Relationship Management dataLead a CRM team responsible for executing the strategyExperience-Experience in a CRM position in a pharmaceutical environment-Experience using Veeva-Experience driving change across CRM-Experience working with senior stakeholders-Ideally having knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
