Corporate Partnerships ManagerAre you passionate about saving lives and making a difference Do you have experience in developing and managing corporate partnerships If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Corporate Partnerships Manager role.As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a corporate partnership strategy that maximises income, registrations and strategic impact from the corporate sector. You will also manage a portfolio of existingcorporate partners and cultivate new business opportunities.Some of your main duties and responsibilities will include:• Developing and executing an annual corporate partnerships plan that outlines how to maximise income, registrations and strategic impact from the corporate sector through new business and existing relationships.• Developing, monitoring and accurately forecasting the corporate partner income and expenditure budgets.• Managing all aspects of new business development, including research and qualification, cultivation, approaches, pitches, contracting and onboarding.• Identifying and securing opportunities for pro bono and Gift in Kind corporate support.• Building up a variety of fundraising proposals/tools that secure long term corporate engagement.• Demonstrating outstanding relationship management of the corporate portfolio and with all stakeholders including patients, volunteers and partner organisations.• Working with and through social media and PR channels relevant to corporates in order to acquire new business, support retention of existing relationships and promote existing partnerships.• Producing excellent presentations, proposals and reports as required for internal and external stakeholders.• Ensuring that corporate partner records are accurate and up-to-date inputting key information into the database and income spreadsheets.• Undertaking charity partner visits and partner/stakeholder meetings as necessary.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:• A proven track record of developing and managing corporate partnerships in the charity sector, with experience of securing six-figure partnerships.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.• A creative and innovative approach to fundraising, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling proposals and pitches.• A strong understanding of the corporate sector and the motivations and expectations of corporate partners.• A high level of numeracy and financial literacy, with the ability to manage budgets and forecast income and expenditure.• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
