Corporate Advisory Business Design Project Manager

Key Responsibilites

Develop and implement a robust operating model for the new Corporateadvisory business, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and marketneeds.
Coordinate with stakeholders such as Business Heads, COO, Head of Change, IT, Legal, Finance and external stakeholders
Establish policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Oversee the creation of controlsand monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to address emerging risks and opportunities.
Carry out standard project and governance activities including SteeringCommittees, working sessions, and project planning and tracking.
Ensure development and governance is embedded within the wider Bank strategic roadmap and operational model.
Engage, where applicable, with IT in order to ensure requirements for existing (and any new) technical platforms are described, completed and tested.

Key Requirements

Strong Change Management and Project Management skills from similar projects
Deep understanding of the M&A, Board, Debt, and Capital Raising landscape
Proven ability to develop and implement effective IB strategies, with a focus on the key advisory areas and building long-term success and sustainability
Self-starter and solutions oriented
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
