The Tax Market Intelligence team are responsible for the assessment of operational impact in respect of regulatory and market change. The team focuses on the implementation of new processes and procedures in addition to providing tax technical supportacross International Tax Operations. The manager role will have responsibility for leading the team on a day to day basis, the execution of key business objectives and developing key client/partner relationships across the Corporate & Investment Bank. Responsibilitiesof the role include, but are not limited to: Leadership of the Tax Market Intelligence team in Bournemouth, supporting the Corporate & Investment Bank "CIB". Ensure a consistent focus on the people agenda - soft-skill coaching and technical training, talentmanagement and retention, rewards and recognition. Oversight of approval of all JPMorgan Tax Newsflashes issued externally to clients. Oversight of internal procedural updates that are issued across International Tax Operations in support of regulatory/marketchange activity. Provision of tax technical support to all operational teams within International Tax Operations. Close collaboration with Custody Tax Product and Corporate Tax in support of regulatory, market and strategic change/projects. Proactive operationalsupport to ensure that clients receive a premier service regarding the following: Documentation Relief at Source Retrospective Reclaims Tax Regulatory Reporting Review existing operational tax processes to identify areas for enhancement Identify tax risksand implement innovative solutions Experience / Qualifications: These points have been carefully considered as being essential for the role.Your background must accurately reflect all of these for your application to be considered.
