Job Description

Centre CoordinatorSalary: £27-30k Depending on experienceLocation: WaterlooHours: 40 hours a week. Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays as and when required. When required to work Saturdays a day off in Lieu will be given.The role will be full time office basedBenefits:

20 days holiday increasing to 25 days over 5 years service (plus bank holidays)This role will be working in the Management Suite of a retail space in Waterloo.This in a super exciting role in a new development.The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to the centre management team and providing a welcoming environment for all visitors and tenants.Duties:
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Respond to email enquiries
  • Collate reports
  • Assist with the delivery of marketing
  • Order office equipment
  • Finance assistance; raise purchase orders, finance spreadsheets
  • Cover reception if required
  • Induct new retailers and visit regularly
  • Manage the monthly newsletter
  • Manage staff annual leave records
  • Health and safety procedures and policies
  • Any other support duties when required
Requirements:
  • Experience within a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and using databases
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to start a role on short notice
