Job Description

Our Branding & Packaging Department buzzes with activity all day long as one of our biggest and fastest-growing teams. Based in our Head Office in Wimbledon soon to be Tolworth, youll join an atmosphere where people thrive on the fast pace of the retailsector. You will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the department and closely collaborating with the team, artwork production agencies and photographers. With your high standards, exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detailyou will play a key role in supporting the performance of your department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent multi-tasking & administration skills!We have a hybrid working model for Head Office roles, ensuring you have a flexible work life balance.What youll do

  • Packaging File Requests from internal and external stake holders
  • Daily data entry tasks / use of excel task trackers / Prio List Management
  • Coordinating High Resolution file requests from Design Agencies
  • Deadline management for team tasks
  • Logging dates and jobs in bespoke packaging log
  • Setting up quotes
  • Invoice processing
  • Monitoring & cascade of communications to colleagues
  • Assisting with admin tasks for wider Branding & Packaging team
What youll need
  • A genuine passion for performing administrative tasks effectively, efficiently and to a high standard
  • Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
  • A motivated and proactive team player, with a can-do attitude, who is also capable of working independently
  • A strong multitasker who has the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines & varied workload
  • Good communication, literacy and numerical skills
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience of working with other Microsoft Office programmes
  • German language skills are highly preferable
