Job Description

Executive Talent Solutions are working with a fast growing wine business to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist.The business is a market leader in the field and offers an unrivalled service to their customers. They have been expanding in the UK and Internationally for the past 5 years and are set for more success.The successful Accounts Receivable Specialist will be based in their West London Office. It will be possible to work from home regularly. The role offers a salary of £28-30k plus an excellent benefits package including study support.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the payment of customer refunds from investments made.
  • Performing the weekly multi-currency payment run and intercompany payments.
  • Ensuring accurate posting of invoices to PO system and accurate contra with Vendors.
  • Processing of correct VAT treatment has been applied to all invoices.
  • Processing weekly employee expenses.
  • Accurate posting daily to correct nominal codes
  • Dealing with high levels of invoices daily ensuring they are coded correct to payments are made accurately.
  • Taking ownership of the supplier ledger and fulfilling regular supplier reconciliations.
  • Query Management and resolution for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicating with all levels of the companys hierarchy in an effective manner.
  • Liaising with both the sales and buying team efficiently in order to meet payment deadlines.
  • Filing of Invoices and other documents in a systematic order.
Candidates applying should have strong AP experience as well as good Excel skills.
