Job Description

  • Account Manager / Partnership Manager - Local Authorities Telecommunications
  • £160,000 package uncapped/£80,000 salary + £80,000 on target
  • London City/Outer London
  • Our client a global leading telecommunications carrier are currently looking for an Account Manager to take responsibility and accountability for managing the customer relationship and business development activities for Local Authorities. Primary Responsibilities / Duties
  • Responsible for building key customer relationships and engagement with Local Authorities, London Alliances and GLA to support the execution and deliverables of grant funded network initiatives (WFbG) as set out in TfL / TCP contract.
  • Responsible for Local Authority stakeholder engagement from executive to management level
  • Partner with the Engineering team to build and deploy network infrastructure in the way that will maximise our revenue and meet customer expectations.
  • Work effectively with various cross functional partners in engineering, finance, marketing and delivery to develop fibre propositions to support Local Authorities grant funded agenda and commercial models
  • Evaluate viability and suitability of opportunities e.g competitive advantage, risks, profitability and other commercial aspects
  • Development of Strategic Account plans that lead to the expansion and growth of new business.
  • Regularly communicate on deliverables and business development activities to the Executive Management and TfL / TCP Contract Teams.
