Find out more by visiting our Careers page.Who we are looking for:We are looking for qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team in our N London Fields Nursery. This is a great opportunity to work in our 55 place nursery which is located in East London!For 2022, weve created N-Flex, a new kind of full-time working week, which allows you to choose between our brand new 4-day, 36-hour week, the classic 5-day, 40-hour week, or perhaps doing something in between with our 36 hour +flexi-overtime offer.Whatever you decide, you are in the driving seat!We are - "Nursery Worlds No 1 highest quality nursery group"You should join us if:- You are an Early Years Practitioner who is genuinely passionate about education and changing childrens lives- You have a relevant early years qualification (level 2 or above)- You have previous experience working with children- You have a positive outlook (someone who always sees the glass as half full)- You have bags of drive and motivation with a make it happen attitude- You love customer service (you want to make people happy)- You bring high energy to every task you take on, and a solutions driven approach to problemsWhat you will be doing:- Be responsible for the delivery of our learning through play educational ethos and bespoke curriculum- Innovate with activities and constantly challenge your childrens learning and development- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents- Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times- Work on a shift pattern within the nurserys opening hours (7am-7pm)What we can offer you:- £19,800-23,850 (36h week) or £22,000-26,500 (40h week)- N-flex: choose between our brand new 4-day, 36-hour week, the classic 5-day, 40-hour week, or perhaps doing something in between with our 36 hour +flexi-overtime offer- Performance related bonus of up to £750 per year- Up to 32 days holiday a year (including bank holidays, 1 days off for your birthday and 3 days during Christmas and New Year) to start (rises with length of service)- Free daily lunch and drinks- Personal development fund of £100 per year <span style="font-size: 10
