Senior Sales Negotiator position in Hertfordshire with a leading, award-winning, independent estate agency!We are working with our client to find them a superstar Negotiator. They are looking for someone whos hardworking, driven and enthusiastic with experience in a busy, high-end market.Salary: £30,000 BASIC, minimum £55,000 OTEMy client is one of the top agencies in the area and perform extremely well!Based in a lovely office in AL2, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun team with a huge passion for property.They have been forward planning for 2024 and have HUGE growth plans. 1+ year(s) experience as a Sales Negotiator
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful billings
Strong work ethic and driven by financial reward
Have a positive mindset and a hunger to succeed and progress
Full UK driving licence
Passionate about property and have some knowledge of the local property market
