Creating service charge budgets for blocks of flats
Raising ground rent and service charge demands
Responding to leaseholder account enquires by email and phone.
Credit control - chasing arrears
Some bank reconciliations
Placing utility contracts for buildings managed.

ProfileA successful Accounts Assistant within Property Industry

A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A strong understanding of the property industry.
