Job Description

Assistant Management AccountantUp to £28,000 + study supportLoddon/Hybrid - Full TimeKeeler Recruitment are currently working with a well-established client, who are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team reporting to the Management Accountant.Assistant Management Accountants duties include:

Assist with the production of monthly management accounts, which includes posting of journals, calculation of accruals and prepayments, margins review
Assist with uploading of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for relevant companies
Variance analysis where required
Providing internal analysis reports
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany accounts and transactions; flagging issues and communicate these to the Finance Business Partner.
Assist in improving reporting and accounts production process
Assist with the yearend process and assist in dealing with audit queries
Support and cover Credit Control and Purchase Ledger when required
Production of accounts
Other ad hoc duties and projects as required

Our client is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant who is a self-starter, keen to progress, along with strong systems knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.You will be studying either ACA/ACCA/CIMA or AAT part qualified.
