Job Description

Administrator, paying £22,000- £24,000 paA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator of a leading construction company based in Norfolk. The successful individual will be looking for an opportunity to become an integral part of a team, have a keen interest in longevity and commitment,as well as a focus on providing excellent communication and accuracy within their post and its duties.The role will suit an energetic, enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work, is proactive, can work on their own initiative, and is a good team player.Monday to Friday, full time, onsite roleKey responsibilities include:

  • All general administrative duties
  • Act as the main point of contact when dealing with pay queries or raising these with payroll.
  • Ensure all employee sickness paperwork is completed by the department managers and all sickness spreadsheets are completed and up to date.
  • Put together management review packs and generate reports for the department manager when required.
  • General support to all departments with the administration process, and document control.
  • Liaise with Construction Director during weekly meetings to provide updates where necessary.
  • Perform all filing and scanning as necessary.
  • Ad hoc reception duties
  • Issue letters to employees as instructed by the management team.
  • Take meeting notes as and when necessary.
  • Ensure stationery cupboards are stocked.
  • Log and process expense claims for department managers as needed, obtaining expense approval.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
