ARM are recruiting for a Process Analystwithin a large defence company in Cwmbran, Newport.You will be joining a mature environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on safeguarding the U.K. at home and abroad.As a Process Analyst you will be responsible for:* Support the ongoing maturity of the SGB IT BSC and KPI adherence* Support the ITM Process Reviews* Lead the weekly governance meetings* To maintain a timetable of compliance matters (Process / Security / Audits / Internal Controls)* Ensure compliance with project management standards for governance* Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for ITServices* Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving thedesired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels* Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas ofimprovement or concerns* Identify issues and risks* Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management* Participate in the problem resolution* Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review* Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.* Exceptional ability to formulate compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.* Advanced analytical abilities.* Effective research and professional networking skills.Candidate skills & requirementsHas sound knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management andcan advise on a good practice approach to business change.Works well under pressure and with complexity and ambiguity and can flex to changes inbusiness focus.Able to define problems and evaluate new concepts and ideas and identify recommendationsand solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication (including presentation) skills and a provenability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and externalcontacts.Able to identify both the overt and covert culture of the organisation and its influence on thechange.Strong project management and organisational skills, and a high awareness of the projectand programme context and discipline.
