Provide support which helps others to ensure that there is a defined and agreed vision, a clearpicture of the future state, a fit for purpose Target Operating Model (TOM) (if relevant), and thatthe change environment is understood. Make sure that the required costs and benefits areevaluated, the investment for change is secured and that effective change leadership is inplace.Design (Shape)Design and plan the required change management (CM) interventions required to successfullyembed the change.* Support the change impact assessment against the intended TOM / blueprint.* Help with stakeholder mapping and management and with communications planning.* Help the business to develop an understanding of what CM interventions may be required. Planning and Risk ManagementIn line with the business, plan change interventions and ramp up for delivery of the change -ensuring a benefits and people focus throughout and bringing stakeholders along.Support the implementation of key plans and monitor progress of plans against successcriteria. Plans may include: change management, engagement and communications, andbenefits plans, benefits profiles, and training plans.Support L&D requirements e.g. create learning/training plans and materialsLead and manage stakeholder engagement and communications, set up advocacy andmobilise change agents.Help to keep activities on track and maintain alignment with the business case. ImplementationSupport the business to be ready to accept the change, utilise new capability, and ensure thesuccessful delivery and embedding of this change into the business.Travel specifictity .Candidate skills & requirementsRelevant qualification, e.g. ONE of: Change Management Institute ACMF (AccreditedChange Manager Foundation); MSP Practitioner; APMG - Change Management; ProsciADKAR1 Model or equivalent.Experience of managing, implementing, facilitating, and monitoring change ontransformational change programmes.Has sound knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management andcan advise on a good practice approach to business change.Good understanding and demonstrable approach to benefits management.Works well under pressure and with complexity and ambiguity and can flex to changes inbusiness focus.Able to define problems and evaluate new concepts and ideas and identify recommendationsand solutions.Experience in stakeholder management on complex/sensitive programmes, and hascredibility and impact with peers and leaders; and able to gain buy-in to enable change tohappen through others.
