Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to join an exciting and innovative global manufacturingorganisation. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies todrive revenue and market share growth. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for expansion and nurturing the sales pipeline to achieve budgetary objectives. This position reports directlyto the CEO and requires exceptional leadership and communication skills. If you are an ambitious, self-starter who is looking to progress very quickly to Director level then this is the role for you!Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability, targeting both new and existing customers and exploring new markets.
  • Establish a strong market and brand position for advanced materials, leveraging our unique selling points and aligning with our vision, mission, and values.
  • Safeguard the brand strategy to benefit our stakeholders and shareholders.
  • Identify and cultivate optimal routes to market, while actively seeking out opportunities for future growth and market positioning.
  • Foster key relationships across the advanced materials value chain.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive communications plan across various channels.
  • Track and analyse marketing and sales data, preparing reports and presenting findings to the senior management team.
  • Ensure alignment of new product initiatives with the business growth strategy.
  • Plan and participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and support commercial growth.
Objectives:
  • Utilise market research and analysis to guide marketing strategy and planning.
  • Develop compelling communications, including RNS and RNS Reach announcements, and distribute them across relevant channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets and provide ROI reports.
  • Meet budgetary expectations.
  • Implement and monitor quote/revenue reporting as part of management meetings.
Priorities:
  • Develop and manage a CRM system to effectively track marketing and sales data for the Group.
  • Conduct and oversee market research to identify growth opportunities and evaluate the potential of target markets.
  • Drive the development of our website with a focus on commercial appeal and engaging customers and investors.
  • Formulate a strategic plan for the commercialization of heated garments technology.
  • Enhance internal communications within the group, establishing channels for employee idea sharing and information dissemination.
