REED Health & Careare looking for a Training Manager in Health and Social CareAbout the roleHere at REED we are on the lookout for a talented Training Manager in Health and Social Care.This is a full time permanent role, based in Liverpool. You will be ensuring all staff within the company are trained to a level where they have the knowledge and ability to deliver the highest standards of care. We are looking for someone who can create and deliver training sessions and inductions to both new and existing members of staff who are both office and care based.Our client is offering a salary of £24k for the right candidate, with 28 days holiday including bank holidays and flexible hours. There are opportunities for development, and a company laptop and mobile phone will be provided.Candidates must be qualified in Train the Trainer in Medication Administration and Moving & Handling. Level 3 qualified in Education & Training – PTLLS. Have a good knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
