To support the mission statement of enabling all communities across Merseyside to have the right to be free from violencein order to provide the best life chances for all.Knowledge & ExperienceDegree or equivalent, together with membership of or eligible to join a recognised and relevant professional body in order to provide the educational specialism within the multi-agency Violence Reduction Partnership.Significant and successful experience as a senior primary/secondary school leader/Headteacher or school improvement professional with a demonstrable track record of impact on improving and sustaining school standards.Significant experience at a senior level of building and maintaining strategic relationships and partnerships, creating strategies, interventions and innovative solutions to complex issue Up to date knowledge of education policy (curriculum, assessment,performance data, reporting requirements pedagogy and statutory requirements)Ability to lead, inspire and motivate others within a culture of proactive service delivery and continuous improvement.Proven ability in communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to present / prepare reports .
