Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation who have a great reputation within the Liverpool market. Due to a period of expansion they are currently seeking an experienced STUDENT ACCOMMODATION PROPERTY MANAGER tojoin them in Liverpool city centre.They are looking for a highly organised, well presented and confident candidate to join their dynamic team of experienced professionals!Reporting to the Managing Director, duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Lead and manage the on-site student team, overseeing recruitment, training and performance management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and maximise occupancy rates.
  • Offer expert advice to clients on pricing, presentation, and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and successfully close deals.
  • Deal with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Oversee promotion of properties across multiple platforms, including online portals and social media.
  • Stay informed about property market trends and industry developments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant legislation and regulations, including the Housing Act, GDPR, and AML.
  • Resolve any client or tenant complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with customers in a positive manner always ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service.
  • Property management to include maintenance, repairs, inspections, inventories, and rent collection.
  • Ensure Landlords and properties are compliant.
  • Ensuring that processes, policies, and procedures are adhered to and contributing to any reviews of policy and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed service standards and KPI’s.
  • Providing regular performance reports.
This is a busy and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have previous student property management experience as well as leadership experience in a similar role. You must have excellent organisational and planning skills, along with exceptional communicationskills and relationship management. This is a fast paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £35,000.Other benefits include:
