Specification Sales Manager - Commercial interiorsArea: North WestThe CompanyOur client have been established for over 100 years and have steadily grown to become a market leader and well known brand within the commercial interiors space. They are now a major exporter to Europe and their interior products can be seen in commercialnew build projects throughout the UK. Being well regarded within the A&D community this is a fantastic opportunity for a project-led specification sales professional to embark on a career with a great brand.The RoleThis is a home / field based role covering the Northwest territory. As Specification Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the specification project from start to finish. You will be calling on and pitching to Architects / specifiers (A&D) andfollowing the project through to the flooring contractor. This varied role will also see you targeting and managing sales projects with fitout companies and end users. Commercial projects include new build offices, hotels, universities etc.The Candidate
  • The ideal candidate will have a specification sales background from within commercial interiors e.g. floor coverings, flooring, KBB, ceramic tiles, lighting, suspended ceilings, internal cladding / facades, flooring etc.
  • You must have experience in project led specification sales and have sold into specifiers (project tracking).
The Package
  • £45,000 basic
  • £10,000 - £15,000 OTE
