Software Implementation Analyst - IT, Hybrid working I have a brand new opportunity for a Software Implementation Analyst to join a growing organization. The purpose of the role is to work as part of a small IT Implementation team, supporting the deliveryof new software implementations by providing training to users and configuring the software to meet specifications. Collaborates with customers to validate solutions and ensures user requirements are met The role would suit someone who has a recent computerscience or scientific degree OR someone who already has some software implementation experience. The Software Implementation Analyst role will also involve some global travel to some pretty amazing destinations where the companys labs are located. As a SoftwareImplementation Analyst, your background will be; EssentialA computer science or science degree and/or proven working experience in software implementation. DesirableExperience in using or configuring LIMS systems.Experience in system implementationor technical support roles.Experience using tools such as Asana, Redmine, Git and Google Apps.SQL skills, with ability to write queries and execute simple update statements.Ability to write basic javascript expressions.Application bug diagnostics.Qualifications/EducationEducated to degree level (high grade) or above. Person SpecificationAbility to work on own initiative and as a part of a team.Analytical mindset with ability to resolve complex business problems with focus on excellent useroutcomes.Comfortable demonstrating software processes to different user groups and senior management.User focussed, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and champion user needs.Accountable, taking ownership of the implementationof configuration specifications and technical issues.Effective communication of business change and processes. Spanish speaking is a huge bonus but by no means essential!
