Job Description

Green Façades Ltd, is an accredited main contractor, based in London, the South East and Liverpool with over 19 years of experience in the construction industry. Green Facades offers complete building envelope solutions in providing design,supply and installation services. We aim is to provide cost effective, high quality external façade solutions for commercial construction projects, with insurance and guarantees provided. We specialise in all aspects of external façade application and offerdesign solutions, including CAD drawings and 3D modelling, which are backed by PI insurance.Why work for us

We are currently recruiting for a proactive Site Supervisor, who has a strong background in Cladding projects. The successful Site supervisor will work with the Site manager on site at Liverpool.The duties would involve:
  • Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Performing regular inspections of the construction site
  • Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly
  • Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment.
  • Organising work schedules
  • Checking work techniques are correct and safe.
  • Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
  • Assisting project managers with planning work activities
  • Completing site reports and other records
  • Attending site management meetings
The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may be expected to perform within the scope of their role.Experience/skills required:
  • Experience with Cladding or re-cladding work
  • Experience in Brick work cladding would be an added advantage
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Confident and able to communicate effectively with a variety of clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and stakeholders
