Job Description

About the CompanyAn award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to work closely with Partners and Fee Earners.About the RoleThe role will entail:

  • Accurate management of in-house processes (UK)
  • Supporting with international outsourced payroll
  • Manage benefits system and administration
  • Administer monthly pension auto enrolment
  • Maintaining relationships with third party vendors and ensuring they meet SLA’s
  • Acting as first point of contact for payroll queries
  • Ensure policies and procedures followed
  • Manage payroll issues and audits
  • Manage systems and run reports
Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will have experience of working with in-house end to end payroll and strong attention to detail. Experience of SAP and Success Factors is preferred. Strong attention to detail and Excel skills are a must.
