Perhaps the UKs leading Defendant Insurance practices - with a network of offices across the UK - has an exciting opportunity for an RTA Small Claims Paralegal to join the Defendant Motor department in Liverpool.As an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner (ideally from a defendant background but those with claimant experience are encouraged to apply and will be given equal consideration) youll have responsibility for your own caseload of litigated Motor/RTA claims (includingSmall Claims, some Fast Track claims and MOJ files) which youll handle from instruction through to completion on behalf of your insurer clients.Your new role will see you working closely with the wider Defendant Motor team, and youll be fully supported by Team Leaders and Heads of Department to progress and further your career.As an experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal you will:
