The client provides solutions for permanent bespoke recruitment across a range of sectors including construction, healthcare and engineering.With the business growing year on year (and a recent office move as a result!), and ambitious growth plans for the future they are looking bring on board a talented Recruitment Director who can establish a new sector for the organisation.Recruitment Director - The Role:The successful candidate will define and lead the strategic direction for a new permanent recruitment division for the business. They are open to the sector this division will operate such as technology, IT or Finance. The role will report to the ManagingDirector and will suit somebody with a solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience of managing key relationships, both client and candidate-side.
