A leading Commercial Law firm with offices across the North West are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join the Housing and Regeneration team at their Liverpool office.The Role: You will be working within theHousing and Regeneration team supporting a team of Fee Earners.The types of work you will be involved with include -* Assisting with acquisition and development projects.* Assisting with securitisation projects*Title and search reviews and reports.* Site set-ups* Shared ownership plot sales disposals and staircasing* Right to Buy / Acquire transactions* Individual residential unit disposals, buy-backs,repossessions.The Ideal Candidate: You will ideally have gained a law degree and LPC qualification (property elective) or ILEX qualification.
