Job Description

Estate Agent Property Valuer / Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager

  • Location: Liverpool
  • Contact: Full time, Permanent

    • Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential propertyAre you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current positionIf you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder we would like to hear from you.Main skills and experience needed:
  • Proven background of developing and cultivating vendor relationships
  • Knowledge of the property market, types of property, values
  • An empathetic sales approach with the ability to negotiate and close
  • Property or Estate Agency background within a sales valuer / lister role
  • A reliable, autonomous attitude
  • Financially motivated
