... if so... read on!This is a fantastic property management agency looking for someone who has demonstrable experience within this sector who can effectively maintain and scrutinize maintenance standards checklists to ensure high quality upkeep of premises and communal areas.With outstanding reviews, it would be an absolute pleasure to be able to work for this company. You will only spend 1 day a week out on site if needed, photographing and recording any jobs which will need to be completed.Salary starts at £25,000 (+ bonus + benefits!) on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance for travel! That being said, the company operates on a hybrid working environment so going into the office is only mandatory for 1-2 days of the week after training!As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your IRPMs paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion!
