Property Litigation SolicitorLiverpool/HybridSalary negotiableMy clients Property Litigation team handles a diverse portfolio, representing public and private sector landlords, tenants, and real estate developers. With a client base including local authorities, NHS Trusts, housing associations, blue chip retailers, andowner-managed businesses, they utilize tailored case management systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with court procedures and deadlines.Main Responsibilities:• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation work, focusing primarily on defendant housing disrepair matters.• Handle commercial cases such as estate management, possession actions, business lease renewals, and injunctions.• Address residential cases including possessions, rent recovery, and disrepair for housing associations and other residential landlords.• Provide support to colleagues with their caseloads and contribute to the development of junior team members.• Participate in business development activities and networking events to enhance the firms profile.• Complete Management Information (MI) procedures as required and meet set targets/KPIs.• Ensure adherence to relevant deadlines, quality measures, and company policies while upholding the values of the firm.The ideal candidate for this role:• Possesses knowledge of property litigation work.• Demonstrates flexibility, motivation, and drive.• Has excellent IT and typing skills.• Exhibits strong communication and time management abilities.• Is capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting strict deadlines.• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.My client, a prominent law firm, is committed to fostering a culture of equality and diversity where everyone is respected and recognized for their contributions.
