An established multi disciplinary legal firm, in the heart of Liverpools vibrant city centre is seeking an experienced solicitor/ fee earner to join their dynamic Personal Injury department. You will be dealing with a case load of litigated Fast Track andMulti Track Personal Injury cases.The successful candidate will benefit from the support of a forward-thinking practice, with a commitment to professional development and a culture that values each individuals contribution.Responsibilities include the management of litigated files, from initial client consultations to the finalisation of legal proceedings. The role demands proficiency in drafting legal documents, valuing damages, and negotiating settlements, alongside a steadfastdedication to client care. Advocacy skills will be honed through attendance at court hearings, both independently and alongside counsel.The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and the MOJ Portal scheme, coupled with the ability to navigate conditional fee agreements and other funding methods. Administrative acumen is essential, as is the capacityto maintain meticulous records and correspondence. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of success in managing a similar caseload and be prepared to actively contribute to the departments growth.The role requires a proactive approach to personal development, with relevant training opportunities provided to ensure continued excellence in service delivery.The role offers a competitive salary reflective of experience, a company pension, and Medicash health plan as well as a supportive environment.
