As the Operations Manager, youll be the driving forcebehind our commitment to outstanding customer experiences, health and safety, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of General Managers across a designated area.
  • Manage performance through effective leadership, fostering accountability and ownership.
  • Communicate clearly and transparently, ensuring a culture of open dialogue.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach, influencing sales performance and satisfaction.
  • Oversee health and safety standards, compliance, and day-to-day operational processes.
  • Proactively lead initiatives for continuous improvement and team development.
