Job Description

OCDEA Qualified SAP/EPC Assessor - Remote CTJ1141Salary £28,000 - £30,000PermanentAre you a qualified SAP Assessor If so, our client is looking to recruit a competent assessor that can work from a fully remote position. With our 2000 clients, you will be joining a building environmental specialist which provides expert building regulationsand planning services for the built and sustainable environment.The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be a qualified On Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA), (Minimum 1 years experience)
  • Have a strong understanding and knowledge of construction, sustainability and building regulations
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be an effective team player and highly driven to succeed
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Undertaking energy assessments/modelling & EPCs for new and
  • Preparing energy strategy and decarbonisation reports.
  • Liaison with construction team professionals and clients to provide advice on meeting legislative targets.
  • Providing advice on reducing energy, CO2 emissions and construction costs.
