Job Description

Unicorns dont exist, and neither does the perfect job or does itCalling all copywriters!The UKs fastest-growing online coaching company is in need of a copywriting wizard to join our top-notch, super-talented content team.Were looking for a copywriter who is bursting with creative ideas to help us write, produce, and create content that wows, dazzles, entertains, and informs our audiences across a variety of multimedia platforms.This special person will:

  • Bring ideas to the table that make people go wow and the team go woo
  • Be fast fingered on the keyboard (but also highly accurate)
  • Work to tight deadlines
  • Show a growth mindset through their work
  • Understand the intricacies of Instagram, the foundations of Facebook, and know the top tips for TikTok, along with any other social media alliterations they can think of!
  • Have experience of using Trello (or similar workflow platforms)
  • Have a kean eye for detail, and a militant attitude towards spelling, grammar, and punctuation (and you get a bonus point for telling us the mistake in that last sentence)

  • Creative content ideas for a variety of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, as well as marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign
  • Copywriting for social media, internal and external comms, scriptwriting, course materials, email newsletters, and other any other written needs of the ever-evolving business
  • Proofreading copy and content, highlighting errors or areas of improvement
  • Subtitling content with accuracy (where required)
  • Working with the directors, and project leader on end-to-end projects
Expectations:
  • Creative with an attention to detail while understanding the need for efficiency and timely production
  • Exceptional English (UK and USA/Canada) spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure
  • Confidence to accept creative critique and make necessary adjustments and edits as per the direction of the team. Confidence to communicate honest thoughts on the direction of the creative
  • Experience of working to a production schedule
  • Must possess strong planning and organisational skills
  • Must be willing to work as part of a team, including communicating daily with leadership and other team members
  • Must have active and flexible communication skills
  • Passion, energy, and determination to be part of a rapidly growing global health and well-being organisation
  • To complete a daily End Of Day Sheet for upline to review
  • Evidence of successful copywriting and marketing skills, showing good ROI on previous campaigns
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working as a copywriter or in a similar content production role
