Maintenance Administrator - Liverpool£24,000Our client, a well-established lettings agency, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Maintenance Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to lettings.This role is ideal for individuals with experience in student or residential lettings. The candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong focus on customer service.Duties:·Prepare tenancy agreements and handle other administrative duties.·Provide a high standard of customer service to tenants, customers, and external partners.·Assist the lettings team with administration tasks and the collection of verification documents for tenants.·Coordinate routine inspections, inventories, and check-out appointments.·Promote and contribute to the company culture.Qualifications and Skills:·Previous experience in student or residential lettings is essential.·Strong administrative and organisational skills.·Attention to detail and proactive, forward-thinking attitude.·Excellent customer service skills.·Ability to work collaboratively within a team.·Knowledge of financial procedures and debt recovery is a plus.For more information, or to be considered for the opportunity please contact Portia at AMRRequired skills
