Job Description

My client is an international professional services organisation who are looking for a creative & organised Learning & Development Consultant to join their Liverpool offices on a 12-month fixed term contractual basis.The main responsibilities for the Learning & Development Consultant will be to support the launch and successful adoption of new portfolio of programmes. Assisting in the training design and roll out of a new Client and Adviser Lifecycle Management solutionacross the business. The job holder will work across a number of projects to deliver against team and individual objectives, engaging with business subject matter experts and business owners.The key duties will include:

  • Driving the development of tools to support learner adoption.
  • Encouraging adoption of existing digital tools as methods of training delivery.
  • Gathering, analysing and using data to support learning and ROI measures
  • Co-ordinating different streams of content and activity in the preparation of materials and timelines
  • Supporting and managing meetings to ensure that the optimum solutions for the business are achieved, including minute taking, allocating and following up on completion of actions
  • Assisting with the design, structuring and delivery of training content to support the CLM portfolio launch and evolution
  • Applying creativity to content, enabling core messages to be delivered in an engaging and interactive way, taking into account the hybrid working model expected to be in place during the programme delivery
  • Delivering effective training sessions accommodating various learning styles, experience and behaviours
  • Applying flexibility and clarity when presenting challenging topics
The Learning & Development Consultant will have strong experience of training design, defining segmented training approaches, training needs analysis and delivery of training materialsin a regulated and fast-paced environment. Any experience with rolling largetechnology change projects will be ideal along with knowledge of financial services knowledge. It is essential to be analytical with numerate capability, have experience using a CRM system, competency in MS Office Suite. The right candidate will ideally, befamiliar with using Articulate, Storyline and Camtasia, show a range of communication methods and styles in the classroom, remotely and day-to-day and be a flexible and creative professional.IMPORTANT NOTICEIt is Career Legals policy, as a matter of courtesy to respond to all applications within three working days.
