Additionally, you will address public law issues includingpatient and public involvement, consultation, judicial review, and human rights.You will also deliver training to clients, focusing on mental capacity and mental health law. Collaborating with other lawyers in the sector, you are expected to identify and develop new products and work streams that will benefit our clients and contributeto new business development. This role requires a proactive, knowledgeable individual who is ready to engage deeply with the complex facets of healthcare and public law.Ideally you will possess inquest and advocacy experience as well as demonstrable CoP experience.
