Job Description

CLI347 - JAG Assessment CoordinatorLocation: Liverpool/London (The role is offered within a hybrid working environment with a blend of office and homeworking)Contract: Permanent full timeSalary: Grade 4: £25,332- £27,795 per annum (Liverpool). Salary: Grade 4: £28,332-£30,795 per annum (London).The well-established and highly successful JAG accreditation programme is looking for an enthusiastic and organised assessment coordinator to join their team. Youll focus on projects which will deliver high quality support to endoscopy services and willhave a direct impact on improving care for patients.About the roleThe JAG accreditation programme works with endoscopy services across the UK and Ireland to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.The assessment coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the assessment of services, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered and that the accreditation process is followed to scheme standards. Working with the assessment manager and administrators to achieve this.
  • Administering assessments.
  • Working with external stakeholders and working groups to ensure the accreditation process adapts to reflect changing standards
  • Dealing with escalated queries and any complaints. Working with the assessment manager and administration team to proactively identify potential issues and reduce the number of queries and complaints.
  • Dealing with enquiries relating to accreditation assessments and the standards.
  • Establishing and coordinating assessment teams.
  • Developing the assessment process to increase quality and improve efficiency.
  • Communicating with the assessment and/or accreditation manager and escalating issues appropriately
  • Monitoring and reporting assessor performance using the assessor feedback system
  • Producing reports on trends and other analysis of the accreditation assessment process as appropriate.
