Job Description

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.Our justice system defends our fundamental rights and freedoms. From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimantsand commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.Position: Full-Time Temporary IT supportContract: until end of Dec 24Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)Hourly Rate: £10.57 for the first 12 weeks, 11.88 after this periodWe are currently seeking an organised, motivated individual to provide IT support to our clients at Liverpool Crown Court. The role involves the candidate to be focused on IT skills and good customer service for providing Support and troubleshooting IT issuesin busy environment etc. Carry out H & S checks on building. Raise maintenance jobs and log in spreadsheet. Basic housekeeping, supply IT assistance to the office.Requirements:" Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience."
