Job Description

Huntswood is looking for Insurance Complaint Handlers with experience of handling complex insurance claims complaints to support our client on a rapidly expanding project, working from home.Start Date: 15th April 2024Day Rate: £155 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with thisLocation: Working from homeWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pmWhat Huntswood can offer:

What Huntswood is looking for:
  • Experience of handling insurance complaints is essential
  • End-to-end complaint handling experience including bespoke Final Response Letters
  • Excellent telephony skills
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • The ability to maintain a high standard of work with a strong attention to detail, working on your own
  • Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection>
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
As an Insurance Complaint Handler, you will resolving complex insurance complaints from receipt to resolution.
