Job Description

A great opportunity for an Inside Sales Coordinator has arisen for this established, growing company looking to expand and take market share. An international organisation that is gearing up for the next stage of its growth, this is a great place to workand develop your skills where you will directly contribute to the expansion plans by delivering first class freight solutions to their Clients.Supporting the Business Development Manager and Inside Sales Supervisor, key duties in this role involve:

  • Manage Internal Sales enquiries for LCL and FCL Ocean Freight, providing Client quotations and following up.
  • Work with Carriers to provide competitive and commercially viable service offerings for new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate buying rates for both spot rates and longer term offers, maximizing profit to achieve GP objectives.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Client and Carrier contacts to facilitate negotiation
  • Achieve specified shipment booking, revenue, and GP objectives
  • Ensure proper and timely handover of Sales Order Processes, customer contract agreements and relevant details to all operations
