Role: HR Assistant – German Speaker (B2 - C1 Level)Location: South Liverpool (hybrid role)Duration: 12 x Months (likely to extend/ perm offer)Rate: £15.02 per hourWe are partnered with one of the world’s largest and most successful Pharmaceutical companies. They are in need of a German speaking HR Assistant to join their team to help deal with the German client base/ employees. They require someone with a B2 - C1level fluency but can be a little flexible as they understand that once someone starts a German speaking role, then much of the language skills do start to flood back pretty quickly so do not be afraid to apply if you are not 100% C1!Responsibilities:·Under general supervision, responds to employee or manager inquiries in accordance with established procedures.·Supports inquiries and requests requiring deviation from standard scripts and screens.·Liaises with either the Center of Expertise or HRBP when necessary, and escalates when needed.·Maintains detailed and current knowledge of the companys HR policies and procedures.·Identifies escalation trends and opportunities for accomplishing new and different requests.·Creates, monitors, and closes out tickets in the case management tool.·Minimum C1 German is essential as the candidate will be managing German speaking clients.
